Different materials, complex contours and stability.

We manufacture our technical deep-drawn parts such as housings, covers and containers using positive or negative forming processes. Each part is customized for the specific application. For this purpose, different materials come together, resulting in refined surface structures. Depending on the intended use, these are chemical-resistant, impact-resistant and flame-retardant. By using our modern CNC milling robots, even very complex contours are possible.

To increase stability, the deep-drawn parts can also be designed with multiple shells. Threaded rivets or add-on parts can also be inserted.

Other processing options include ultrasonic welding, gluing, riveting and assembly into complete subassemblies – also in combination with other materials such as wood.
